On March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization has declared the Coronavirus outbreak a global pandemic. 

This has caused so much havoc.  Things are heading out of control.  People are all in stress and face a new global epidemic that we are not used to.


Update regarding Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19)

The number of confirmed cases of Novel Coronavirus has risen to 125 048 patients globally as of 13 March 202.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the latest estimated mortality rate is only 3,4% worldwide.

While high-risk patients such as the elderly and those with underlying medical conditions are more likely to develop serious illness, about 80% of people recover from the virus without needing special treatment.

Yes, 80% of people recover from the virus.

What caused Coronavirus and how is it spread?

It is believed that the Coronavirus that causes COVID-19 was originally spread from an animal source, but it is now spreading between people.

The first case was confirmed in Wuhan, China, at the end of 2019. 

What is the symptoms of Coronavirus?

Symptoms are similar to regular flu symptoms.  Including dry cough, fever, fatigue and difficulty breathing.

Common signs of infection include respiratory symptoms, fever, cough, shortness of breath and breathing difficulties.

 In more severe cases, the infection can cause pneumonia, severe acute respiratory syndrome, kidney failure, and even death.

Avoid close contact with anyone showing symptoms of respiratory illness such as coughing and sneezing.

According to NPR this virus has a surface life of a few days. If someone with the virus sneezes on a package, the virus will be dead before it reaches the customer overseas. This fact is confirmed by medical authorities.

  • Prolonged exposure to infected person increases risk of infection.
  • Virus can stay alive on surfaces for 30 to 60 minutes. Use detergent and water to clean tables.
  • Touching infected surfaces and then face would increase risk of infection.
  • Immediate washing of hands after hand contact reduces risk of infection.
  • Dry your hands when using sanitizers with alcohol.
  • Avoid large crowd such as large exercise classes.
  • Cn2019 can spread even if infected person shows no symptoms.

A simple swab test is done to run a viral analysis for COVID-19.

It is best to be informed before you start to panic.


Prevention is always better than cure.  We all know this.

How can we prevent from getting Coronavirus?

  • Do not touch your face.
  • Avoid touching any part of your face before washing your hands.
  • Flinging your hair against face will increase the risk of contamination.
  • Handshakes will pass virus when the infected person has touched his nose.
  • Wearing cap will increase the risk of trapping viruses.

What about masks?

  • Generally, 3 ply masks better than 2 ply ones. Wear with the blue side on the outside.
  • Wash your hands with soap and water before wearing masks.
  • Mask protects others from infected wearer and protects wearer from viruses from the outside.
  • N95 masks work but adjusting masks often could increase the risk of infection.

Stay guarded against it by:

Following good hygiene habits.  Such as washing your hands, avoiding handshakes and disposing of tissues in a closed bin. Many recommend washing your hands for 20 seconds.

Why?  Because 2020 has a 2020 vision.  The hidden is coming to light.  So much is happening on our planet.

Every single day you have a choice regarding what you focus on.

We all know what we focus on grows.

Are you going to focus on love or are you going to focus on fear?

Because there is a lot of fear floating around.  Everything is just Coronavirus.

There is fear even in my post here at the top.  But the secret is- it is there if you want it… Only if you take it and make it your own will it become yours.

Remind yourself of this every single day:  What you focus on grows.

Choose how you will react.

This too shall pass.

Do not focus on fear.  Focus on love.

The atmosphere on the planet is one of fear.  But we need to focus on love.  We need love to guide us and not fear.  Because fear is the greatest energy vampire ever!

Right now it is easy to get scared when you turn on the TV.  When you watch the news.  But remind yourself about this every single day.  You turn into whatever you are tuning into.

If you are focusing on this Coronovirus it will become a reality for you.
