How To Achieve Your Goals- with no prior experience.

This time I'm going to make it BIG TIME!              As the days go by I find myself a bit down and I have to remind myself.

Hey, I'm going to make it Big Time, nobody's going to stop me this time.

 And so another week evades me...


In the meantime the family has got the "what went wrong in your life?" question mark in their eyes. And, I am still trying to convince myself I am going to make it big time.

Sound familiar ??


What went wrong?

  • I was so positive,
  • I was going to change my world and it sure wouldn't take long,
  •  I definitely wasn't lacking enthusiasm...

I forced myself to a standstill and went and sat under a tree with the birds chirping and felt the heat of the sun rays around me,  tranquil, peace and this is what hit me, like a wet cloth in the face...

This took me a long time to realize.

Let me share it with you especially concerning dreams & goals.                                       I think you will be able to resonate with what I have just told you. 

There are so many of us with the same problem. Yet we search for answers and never seem to find them. And then if we do find them we try to fix it – with no luck.

I want to share my experiences with you -

if I can reach out and help only one person achieve their goal. 

I would have achieved my goal.  - By helping you!

One person on earth without gaining a single thing in return.

Look at the past.

I took a trip down memory lane as to why certain "things" worked for me and others not. 

Going back into my past I realized... 

the things I wanted I really wanted with a passion,  those are the things I achieved and was serious enough about.

Let me explain this.

When we have a goal or dream and we keep on focusing on them with the intention that we do need to achieve it. We are actually emitting a vibration to the universe stating that we need it. And we need it. And we need it.

Let’s use a sample here. (My very own for that matter.)  I had this dream since 1997 to create my own online business and make money online.

Today it is 2020 and only now did I reach my dream.

But why?

Why did it take me so long, compare to so many other people that have done it? Some in a matter of a few months.

Going from broke to an online income. Some even changed their lives. They left their current jobs and are self-employed now.

So how do I achieve my goals?

There are a few very important things I want to tell you about this.   If you have a dream you must listen up here.  Let’s use my example above.

    I was so focused on making money on the internet, that I clean forgot about  really learning in a proper way how to enjoy the ride and forget about the money.

    My subconscious mind was controlling my life.

This means that I can jump up and down and try to do whatever I can to change my life and become the next best online entrepreneur. It would never happen.

For as long as your subconscious mind is set it is set. Nothing you do will change that. So, I tried with all I had in me to create a website. To learning WordPress. To adding people on my social media. Creating videos for Youtube.

All this for months. Non-stop. And with hardly any luck.

Why? Because with my conscious mind I was so busy focusing on getting this internet or “laptop lifestyle” going that I never even realized that my subconscious is blocking me from achieving my goals.

After a lot of self-improvement work, I eventually came to the conclusion that I need to change and then things will work out for me.

This is the actual quote that made me realize that I needed to search deeper for this problem.

So I was so busy working “this job” or website and business online that I never realized the actual problem was with my entire vibration.

I was vibrating lack in many ways and I did it on autopilot. Without me knowing it.

I wanted to make money so bad. Yet I never even thought of looking at myself first.

One of the problems I continually had was my mind running away with me and worry. You can read all about that here to fix that.

The moment I started working on my self-esteem, self-worth as well as my entire self-image I saw a huge difference in my life.

I am going to give you a rundown of how I did it:

How to achieve your goals.

First of all, you have to have a dream. A dream will forever stay a dream. Unless you write it down on a piece of paper and make it your goal.

Science has shown that by doing this you have a 42% increased chance of reaching that goal.

Form an image in your mind of the end result.   As you are actually living it.

STEP 2:    Visualize

Fake it - till you make it. Now I know many people say this. But it is the truth. One big thing you need to know here is to have now resistance.

You can try to visualize for as long and as hard and as many times you want if there is any resistance- even from your subconscious, you will never ever reach that goal.

Why do I say this? Because this took me 23 years to realize. I did not know it at the time. But I had a self-image problem.

Stemming from when I was a little girl. I believed I am not good enough and that everything I did, there were always other people that could do it better.

You see you need to dig deeper and find out what the root of the problem is.

I started questioning why I always wanted to please everybody in my family. Especially my mother and my sister.  After many sessions, I found out that I always felt second best when it came to my mom and sister.

I always felt I was not good enough and what I did was also not 100 % up to their standard.

This was so bad that when I decided now is the time I will put myself in front of the line. Those where the exact same people to kick me out of their lives first.

You see, I was now doing what was best for me. And not what other people thought was best for me.

I went on a journey of self-discovery.

    Do a self-search and be honest with yourself,  admit your shortfalls and work towards correcting them.

    Believe in yourself and that you can do anything you set your mind to.

    Take a long hard look at your image (goal)
  4. 4
    Keep a journal and jot daily- even just one word, phrase or desire.

( I have been doing this for 7 years and believe me there where times that I felt I have moved a mountain off my shoulders.)

Put it up on the wall of your office, study, bedroom and look at it every day. 

 Yes, every single day.  And remember no resistance. 

Not in your conscious mind or your subconscious mind.  I have a little surprise for you. When you join my free list where I tell you more about what I did to change my life.

 And the big secret here was that it changed the way my subconscious was thinking about what I can achieve in life.

My self-image and self-worth change within the first month.

My life changed after that and with consistent work on myself, I now have what I always wanted.

You see I used this special track before I fell asleep at night. During my sleep, it was helping me to change what my subconscious mind was thinking about me and how I felt about money.

Step 3: Ditto.

 I realized hey I'm not mad!   I must look at my goal of 100 x a day.  I could actually feel it, I could taste success,  because that is how you let your subconscious know.


You see the problem is it doesn't help if everyone tells you how they have reached their goals,  but nobody is prepared to tell you why you don't make it.

Because believe me, you need so much faith to get to what you want to achieve

- you must eat, sleep, dream it.

Only once your subconscious mind has an imprint of what you want will you get it!

Never ever for one-second doubt yourself or have negative thoughts.

STOP the minute you realize you're having a negative thought take control of your mind and think positively. (here is help with that.)

Make sure you re-direct your thoughts to positive ones.   

My personal affirmation is :  I can do anything I put my mind to.

Pick one and repeat it to yourself every day,

 all-day as many times as you can and look at your goal chart !!!

Now, remember one thing. You can repeat these things as many times as you want. If your subconscious believes something different than your conscious mind you are doing all the effort in vain.

My final conclusion on how to achieve your goals.

The magnetic power of belief. Our power of belief is an infinite power against which now the earthly force is of the slightest significance.

Do you believe that you have a power within you against which no force on earth is of the slightest significance?

Is this possible?

Do you believe that?

It’s not what we think in our minds, but what we believe in our hearts. And that is a very subtle, very powerful difference.

Not the mind, the heart.

The father of quantum theory Max Planck said that there is a field of energy that holds everything together. This is not solid and we are not solid. Belief is the code that takes that field of energy, possibilities and translates that field into the realities in this world.

Every time they think they found the smallest particle, they look and there is something else there. Something else is there. The reason that we will probably never find the smallest particle and the reason we will probably never find the edge of the universe is because of what John Wheeler says.

He says: The act of us searching, the act of the human heart and the human mind looking at the universe expecting to see something will always create something for us to see.

The act of us looking with the expectation that something is there is an act of creation unto itself.

Think about this. Consciousness is creating our physical universe. The question is if feeling and consciousness are creating our universe what is it that we feel? What is it that we believe about our world.

The new discoveries suggest that the power to change our bodies and to change our world is based on what we call belief. (see where the subconscious comes in again?)

Belief. Our belief in what is real. We live our lives based on what we believe about our world. Do you agree with that?

What we believe about ourselves?

  • Our world?
  • One another?
  • Our limitations?
  • Our capabilities?

My question was where do those beliefs come from? What I have learned is that those beliefs come from what other people tell us.

Our beliefs come from what

  • History
  • Science
  • Religion
  • Culture
  • Family
  • Friends

Tell us. That is where our beliefs come from.

Do you believe that?

Let’s ask a question. What if they are wrong?

What if you and I are living our beliefs of other people that are incorrect? What does that mean for us?

How powerful do you think a belief really is?

There is an author his name was Neville, in the early 20th century. He wrote a beautiful book called the power of awareness. Neville said this:

Our power of belief is an infinite power against which no earthly force is of the slightest significance.

Read this again:

Our power of belief is an infinite power against which no earthly force is of the slightest significance.

Do you believe that?

Belief is the code that translates the possibilities into the reality of this world.

A scientist is telling us now that in this field all possibilities already exist in quantum energy. In the soup of quantum possibility.

In the quantum possibilities

  • you are healed already
  • peace has already happened
  • joy is already everywhere

Al of the greatest suffering and all of the peace already exists in quantum possibilities.

With our minds, we reach into those possibilities. We imagine our healing. We imagine peace. We imagine our perfect relationship. We imagine the abundance in our lives.

With our mind – and that is how we lock that possibility into place.

And with our hearts, we give that possibility of life.

We breathe life into the image of our mind through the feeling in our hearts and make it real in our world.

Here is the science of how this happens:

We have to understand what a belief is.

Belief is marriage. It is the union of thought and emotion.

The quantum atom is made out of waves of energy rather than particles of things.

This is very important.

If you want to change an atom you have to change the energy that the atoms live in.

If you want to change the physical stuff in our world you must change the energy that that stuff exists within.

Albert Einstein said that the field that connects everything together is what he called the governing agency of the particle. He said that the field is what determines how the atom behaves. It is in the field.

The sole governing agency is what Einstein said. So the field that we are talking about is made of electrical energy, it’s made of magnetic energy. Two energies. The field that holds everything together.

If you change the electrical field you will change the way that the atom behaves. This is called the Stark Effect.

Or if you change the magnetic field (Zeeman Effect) you change the atom.

So all this is saying is that science knows today that if you change the electrical field or you change the magnetic field you change the atoms.

There is one organ in your body that produces the strongest electrical field and the strongest magnetic field in your body. Do you know what organ I am talking about?

Your heart. And it is where you have the feeling.

That feeling that we call a feeling is actually creating waves of electrical and magnetic energy that change your body and change your world. 

But you don’t have to know that. Because you simply have a feeling. The brain does produce these fields, but the heart's electrical field is 100 x stronger than the brain. The heart magnetic field is up to 5000 x stronger than the brain’s magnetic field.

Belief creates electrical waves. Beliefs change those magnetic waves. What you believe about yourself, what you believe about me, what you believe about your world.

About your relationship with the divine, your relationship about peace on earth – all this is creating what is happening on this earth. Beliefs change our physical world. Beliefs change matter.

Now, do you understand why I was saying that you need to change your subconscious? 

Because your beliefs are formed there and it runs 95% of the show in your life.

I am constantly finding ways to make my life what it should be.

For me, this is a  learning experience connected to an unforgettable journey.
