How to control your subconscious mind.

Do you wonder if you can control your subconscious mind?  Do you want to achieve your goals?  And fulfill your dreams?  I have got good news just for you.

Anything is possible.  So, you want to succeed.

I’m here to give you good news today.

It is easy to do it.  There is one catch though.  If you don’t do what I am outlining here you will burn out and drop out sooner or later.

Don’t be one of those drop-outs!

The power of why.

Ask yourself why?  “Why am I doing what I’m doing?”

What is the reward?  What is the prize?  What am I willing to sacrifice in exchange for what?

If you are dead serious, you’ll have the motivation to make the necessary effort that will enable you to reach your goals and realize your dreams.

Tip:  Always keep your mental focus on your end goal.

2nd Tip: Go to bed early and wake up early.

Do whatever you have to achieve your goal early in the mornings.  We are most productive then.

Get started today.

Mistake number 1.

.  “I’ll start tomorrow.”  “Tomorrow is another day.”   " I am not in the mood today."

Here is your answer to the number one reason why things don’t ever get started:

Procrastination destroyer is… taking only a small, insignificant step towards your objective, right now.

This will start to get the ball rolling and have a magical effect.

Try it.

You need to do any small thing to take you a bit closer to your goal to succeed.  A little bit better is making progress.

Forget about perfection.

Now here is one quote for you.

Done is better than perfect.  ~Sheryl Sandberg

Take a bit of time and think about this.  People trying to do things absolute perfect most often get lost in their perfectionistic ways.

At the end of the day, perfectionists find themselves having worked on one and only one thing and perfected nothing.

Plan and set goals.

The first thing you need to know is that if you fail to plan, you plan to fail.

Let’s take an example.  Let’s say you want to quit smoking?  You are smoking tow packs a day.  Would you be happy if this time next year you were smoking only two cigarettes a day?

Time is passing anyway.  So, you will just decrease your smoking one cigarette a week.

See, how easy this planning was.

Now, without any doubt, writing down your goals and the detailed steps required to achieve them helps you to define and clarify and gives you a roadmap towards fulfilling your dream.

It is necessary to edit and update your goals along with the details and steps involved in achieving them.

The dangerous thing is that many people hesitate to rewrite, edit and update their goals.

Writing down goals becomes like an eternal code carved in stone.  This is wrong.  Always edit and update the details and steps required to achieve your goals.

Know your mental/ self-talk, enemy statements.

Your mental self-talk can cripple you.  You need to know what you are telling yourself.  Most people see things this way.  Either I achieve a lot today and see the results today or it’s not worth the effort.

Change does not have to happen all at once.  When we realize this and give ourselves a gap we could more easily achieve our goals.

Divide and Conquer.

Break down your goals into smaller units and start slowly.  By taking one step at a time we are guaranteed to achieve anything you ever want to achieve with ease.

Remember a journey with a thousand miles begins with a single step.

Importance of Today.

Keep your focus on today.  Forget about tomorrow and yesterday.  Realize the importance of the next 24 hours.  Take things day by day as they come.

Never focus and look at what and how much you have to do to reach your objective.  You’ll succeed easily and wonderfully if you just train yourself to keep your focus on what you have to do today.

Take one firm step at a time.

Millions of people try to attempt to do one thing and then they feel that they need to reach the top that same day.

This is impossible.  Here we refer back to the journey of a thousand miles.  One step at a time.

It doesn’t matter how slow you go, as long as you don’t stop.

Just keep moving.

Remember that it will not take years to start seeing results and feeling happy with your achievements.

Patience and Perseverance.

The above steps are guaranteed to get you to the top, achieve your goals and realize your dreams.  But you need to remember.  It will take time.  That’s why you need to be patient and persevere.

Warning!  Many people start off taking one step at a time.  After they see the first signs of noticeable and pleasing result they start jumping steps and taking 5 steps at a time.  This will never work.  Keep doing what you have been doing to keep the ball rolling in the right direction.

Monitor your Goals.

By monitoring your goals you will be able to see the progress that you have made.  Because you take small steps daily in many different areas of your life you need to monitor it.  Else you will become discouraged and think you have not reached anything.

Remember one thing.  There is only one way to fail.  And that is:  When you quit!

Now: How to control your subconscious mind.

Don’t discount what you have learned here because you think it is easy to just do these things.  What you learn next could be a critical component of your success in life.

Neuroscientists say that the subconscious mind is like an autopilot.

That’s in command of your life, guiding you to your destination.

So if you want success, you have got to program that “autopilot”  which is your subconscious mind, to take you there.

Else, it will take you elsewhere.
